Before the first punch
What power does the machine need?
Tell us about the power supply at your venue. We will confirm the requirements for your chosen machine and location before booking.
How much space is needed?
Allow space for the machine, participants and spectators without blocking venue access. Share your available space, doorways, steps and site access so we can agree a suitable layout.
How is safety handled?
Discuss participant suitability and any venue restrictions with us before booking. Participation is optional; anyone with an injury or health concern should not take part without appropriate advice. We will agree operating guidance and supervision arrangements for your event.
How do delivery, setup and collection work?
We agree access, delivery, setup and collection with you in advance. Delivery is charged separately and detailed in your quote. Event duration excludes setup and collection.
Will there be a host?
The PPL Hosted Challenge includes an engaging English-speaking MC and a technical operator. Self-service hire has no host. The Corporate Championship team and format are agreed as part of your bespoke quote.
Are prizes included?
The Hosted Challenge includes a winner announcement. Tell us if you would like prizes; we will confirm options and any costs in your quote. No prizes are included unless agreed.
